DWT designed and constructed from the ground up, a comprehensive Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for a Michigan based Mortgage Company in the USA
The Mortgage CRM System is a web-based all-in-one application that automates mortgage management, marketing and sales. It facilitates easy, automatic tracking, distribution, reporting and follow-up for leads, pending loan applications, prospective as well as existing clients.
DWT’s Mortgage CRM ensures better customer relationships and allows users to close more loans in less time. In addition to marketing automation, it features complete contact management, process automation, transaction tracking and sales management.
The Mortgage CRM system was first developed on a .NET 1.1 framework in 2005 and later upgraded to version 2.0 in 2007. The system uses the MS SQL Server as the RDBMS.
